Follow http headers Content-Type best practices for feed

A web feed best practices post recommend to "Be sure to set the Content-Type header properly. Atom: Content-Type: application/atom+xml RSS: Content-Type: application/rss+xml JSON Feed: Content-Type: application/feed+json".

My Atom feed generated by Elevented appears to have a Content-Type: application/xml : atom is missing.

Please consider to add the protocol as atom+xml, or rss+xml to the generated http header in order to allow :

• Better compatibility with feed parsers
• Proper content negotiation
• Improved SEO indexing by services that detect feeds
