The message from SBSA test "3 : Check AARCH64 implementation" is not enough

We need to print the value of ID_AA64PFR0_EL1 register to know which exception level is not supported.
Moreover, we might need to rename the test to “Check exception handling support in AArch64” or “check core features in AArch64”.

B_PE_08 already covers EL0/EL1

maybe test 3 should be split into two which check EL2 and EL3 support.
