Allow adjusting openModal parent #1625
Description
When there is an editor inside a modal (we use bootstrap3 modals still), whenever you open a Trumbowyg modal, it is appended to the <body>. this causes it to be unaccessible.
A quick solution would be to allow configuration of where the Trumbowyg modal is appended to: maybe an optional function which returns a DOM element.
