We currently lack for FillRule on Polyline/Polygon but is available with Path's using Geometry.

• Make Polyline honor FillRule by generating a filled geometry (PathFigure.IsFilled=true) and carrying FillRule through.
• Add FillRule on Polygon/Polyline shapes; ensure PolylineGeometry accepts a fill rule.
