Gem support Ruby >3

In rubygems.org for the latest version, it shows
REQUIRED RUBY VERSION: >= 2.3.0

But Readme this project shows Supported Ruby Versions
Ruby 2.3 to 2.7

Does this gem support Ruby >3?

We had to use #216 for this library to work with Ruby 3
