[specs] Push to add more coverage for ARM scenarios

Share the ARM cases from TypeSpec Authoring Benchmark: code here. It would be a potential source to refer. They’re currently written in the format Vally expects. I'd be happy to translate them into spector case if you'd prefer and this is the intended direction of the issue(the issue doesn't have much description yet, so just wanted to make sure I'm align on the intention). thanks @haolingdong-msft, yes sorry this issue wasn't the most descriptive. I really created this issue to gather arm scenarios we feel are missing from Spector, so this is more about test coverage. Feel free to add yours in another PR, that is super valuable as well. Thanks!
