Obsidian advancement can be cheesed

I was having trouble concisely describing the issue for the title, so I'll explain more here.

The way that the advancement for failing the cobblestone generator checks for failure is flawed and can be cheesed by simply picking up the lava after breaking the cobblestone.

This could probably be patched by searching for obsidian that exists rather than for lava that doesn't.
