windows release issues

Windows EXEs in release zip have issues.
parse2hpp - trojan reported by some antiviruses
parse2jason - libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll dependency should be compiled static, I guess

Until I have the time to rewrite this in Rust and get it up to similar performance there isn't much I can do. This project is so small that it's not worth the time investment for me. The best way to use the project is to compile it yourself.

Once it is rewritten it will have a proper executable like HEMTT.
