Softlink in github repo

Dear all, it seems that the following files are soft links to AFS:

• https://github.com/CMSCompOps/TransferTeam/blob/master/consistency_check/BDV/checkReplica.py
• https://github.com/CMSCompOps/TransferTeam/blob/master/regular_checks/checkReplica.py
• https://github.com/CMSCompOps/TransferTeam/blob/master/deletion_campaign/sso_auth.py

Hi Luke, thanks for bringing this to our attention. The scripts are actually available at [1]. For the future, it would probably be best to include a setup script to properly re-create these softlinks for each user or change dependencies to point to TransferTeam/commons.
