Problem with installation

Not sure if this is a bug or a suggestion but when iinstalling from scratch the first_time_install.sh failed installing timezonefinder with an out of space message. I increased /tmp with mount -o remount,size=10G /tmp and reran with no problems. Then set it back to a smaller value. No idea why timezonefinder wwas using so much /tmp but thought I owuld report it either as a note or as a possible change to the install script.

Just PR'd a flag to try to download an existing version instead of building it again. Shouldn't mess anything up but might help on RAM constrained devices. Are you on a RPI with 2GB of RAM? Thanks again for reporting. Will close in a few days
