SRP 1.1.5 - After returning to Swamps guides dont offer a ride back to Cordon

Playing GOG vanilla with SRP 1.1.5 only. After leaving Swamps for the first time I did som tasks in Cordon and then decided to go back to Swamps using a guide. In Swamps I did the upgrade fetch quest for the technician and wanted to go back to Cordon. Problem is the guides offer rides around the Swamps only, but not to Cordon. I tried killing renegades in the whole area but they just keep respawning and guides still dont offer a way out of Swamps no matter how many renegades I kill.

When you leave the Swamps for the first time, the guide tells you to keep your eyes open and memorize how to get to Cordon on your own. If you don't want to die from Vova Vist's bullets, all you have to do is leave the Swamps through the northern ways.

Are all three camps closest to the level exits captured by renegades? If so, Clear Sky guides will not have a "safe" path out of the Swamps and will not offer to fast-travel you outside of the Swamps.

If at least one of the level exits is captured by Clear Sky and they still refuse to guide you out of the Swamps, you can upload your save and I can check if there is a bug.
