[BUG] Random error "Couldn't check integrity"

About 2 of 10 updates fail with error "Couldn't check integrity" (translated from German)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Refresh repos
2. Update all
3. Randomly updates fail after download with mentioned error
4. Sometimes a second or third attempt helps, sometimes not.

Updates succeed

Additional context
This error never happens in F-Droid.
No error in logcat

Similar to #1113 but error is after, not before download
