Update June launch reconciliation

Updates LAUNCH.md for the June 1 developer-cred reconciliation pass.

Includes:

• merged-status reconciliation for acvnace and darknorth-123 PRs
• conflict-resolution follow-up for CodandoTV and bradAGI PRs
• failed reconciliation note for the tranhoangpich target that no longer resolves
• current open PR/issue gate status showing no new outreach opened this run

Validation:

• read README.md, LAUNCH.md, and agent.md
• ran git fetch --all --prune
• checked all recorded GitHub PR/issue links with gh
• verified merged upstream README entries
• ran git diff --check
