Add more Linux distro/platforms support

Can we use something like http://linuxbrew.sh/ to get PHP atleast on every Linux distro?
Or https://github.com/NixOS/nix ?
Or is there another way/script which can magically ensure we get PHP 7.2.

After that its Docker which is easier to install.
