This is an old regression: it was displayed as intended in version 0.4.0 and the regression occurred in version 0.4.1, as mentioned here.
When the backlash (\) character is displayed in a game (by typing \\ as text) in a Japanese game, the character is displayed as \ instead of a yen character which should be displayed due to how Japanese computers work.
