Broken font behavior in plain text messages #9

Description

@the-r3dacted

I'm unsure what defaults are and too lazy to test, but in my client I had Use fixed width font for plain text messages set. I assume this would just use the Monospace font that is selected, however it appears to use something else as no matter what font I set it to, the text looks the same.

I first noticed this as I found you could disable Cleartype in modern Windows, and it kinda goes hard with the classic theme and it feels like a lot better I think. However the default font here looks scuffed.

So I was like ok I'll change it to Tahoma since that is what XP used and it looks good in XP, except...

It's the exact same. So I think maybe I just don't use fixed width fonts, so I disable that, however the message gets a lot bigger.

So I think oh I can just decrease the size of the font, except this does literally nothing here.

The option itself works in some instances, but it's broken in others. Here's a perfect example of what I mean.
