[BUG] maven repository is down

Describe the bug
The Elytrium Maven repository at https://maven.elytrium.net/repo is completely unavailable. Attempting to access it via browser returns ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED (or "Server not found"), indicating that the domain name cannot be resolved to an IP address. This prevents building any projects that depend on this repository (e.g., LimboAPI, LimboFilter).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. try to build a project that uses this repository
2. See the build fail when it attempts to download dependencies from this repo.

Try to open the repository URL https://maven.elytrium.net/repo in a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.).
