Support toJson or jsonEncode #53
Description
When I try to use oldRssList.contains(newRssItem) to judge if the item is new,it alaways returns false.
It is necessary to support equal check like toJson or jsonEncode or by other ways.
Btw,toJson is a base fuc since it is the easiest way to show all the properties of rss instead of list one by one.
