I would love to hear an episode how each member on the panel continues to educate themselves and others, topics could include:

• Who do you consider your "nerd" hero(s)
• What books, videos, resources do you feel were catalysts to helping your career
• How do you stay afloat in the sea of constant change in the JS ecosystem
• What tips can you give for someone to start self evangelism, (if someone wanted to start teaching where would you recommend to start, etc...)
• I often fear teaching in public due to the fact that I talk way too much, any advice on how to stay on topic when you are very passionate about the subject matter

It would be cool to hear about CSS (non pre processors) too, we use it everyday but tend to avoid talking about it lol. I won't lie, I'm still a knucklehead at cranking awesome pixel pushing.
