Unable to detect the remote git service.

I've just updated from nuget package 2.3 to 3.1 and GitLink breaks

Steps to reproduce

1. Update to 3+
2. Build locally

Platform: Windows
.NET version: net452

Expected behaviour

Should rewrite pdbs

Actual behaviour

Gives numerous warnings similar to

warning: File *.cs" missing or changed since the PDB was compiled.

And finally

warning : Unable to detect the remote git service.
