I don't seem to have any away of joining my user's ID with ExtPay's id for that user, and therefore with any webhook info from stripe.

It would be handy to be able to give my userID to ExtPay to include w/metadata to Stripe. That way I can map my userID to any webhook post from Stripe.

Is this possible? Is it already done and I just don't know how to access it?

Their email would be the primary id you would use, but otherwise you can use ExtPay's api key though it's not officially supported or recommended. This differs across logins so you'll just have to correlate with email.
