Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The problem is: most of my users are on a 3g connection, but I don't want to prefetch and prerender in this type of connection.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be able to select the minimum connection able to prefetch and prerender, using an option inside the options object.
Here's the PR for something more solid.
