Loglines per hour

Use the last (not the current) icinga2.log to calculate how many loglines per hour get written.

This can help with sizing log partitions but would be especially helpful with comparing different setups. If yours has significantly more log lines per hour than other setups this might indicate a problem.

On a second thought this would be even more helpful if we calculated loglines per hour per object.
