[Iostream3100]

As a user:

• I can enter different languages in the headers and sub-headers without any formatting errors.
• I can upload and delete images with copyright in different formats.
• The exported website should contain the uploaded image and should be a single HTML file.
• When playing the audio, l can see individual words highlighted when being spoken.
• When playing thet audio, l can see corresponding line showing the translation of what is playing.
• I want to initialize Web component with text file under both online and offline mode, so that initialization user can see editable web component rendered.

As an engineer:

• I need a database storing collections of written text along with another audio database storing corresponding audio files, help NRC team set up the environment(install Python) to run the web app.
• I can add image database and set up pipeline when image uploaded, it will be compressed and encoded for offline-use ready.
