As I was updating the halocabron parameter values (tau, molar mass, preindustrial concentrations) I found it to be somewhat of a pain, so I ended up writing a script that would pull values from a csv file and generate the halocarbon section of the ini file that could be copied and pasted into the different scenario ini files.
At this point in time, I don't know if it would make sense to stick this in the scripts directory or maybe hectordata, but I am saving a copy of it here until we decide what to do with it. There are a number of inline TODO comments with potential enhancements that should be considered before incorporating the script somewhere.
