Plotting recipe and static compilation

Btw, there is now a branch participant-template that contains the "gap-text" version for participants. It may be easier to maintain that within this repo than having https://github.com/JuliaHEP/HEPExampleProjectTemplate.jl separately.

This time, when using HEPExampleProject it for teaching, I created a new repository (https://github.com/mppmu/HEPExampleGapText.jl in this case), pushed participant-template to main on the new repo, turned the new repo into a template repo, and set up a GitHub classroom exercise with it, which results in it being auto-cloned for the participants (who can form their own grous). Afterwards, classroom and template repo can be deleted.
