Not sure if I'm using the right word here, but I tried 1.8.3 at NERSC as well as on my Macbook Pro via the Tauri bundle and the conda install. Below are the screenshots.
- The presentation from the local conda install looks crisp.
- In the Tauri bundle, the contour plots and the grid/coast lines seem to have rather low resolution.
- At NERSC, the contour plots look nice but the grid lines seem faded and the coastlines are a bit too light.
I wonder whether some settings need to be adjusted to make all presentation nice and crisp.
