[Bug]: Eraser cursors won't display in toolbar area after activating their tool

What happened?

When you pick the Eraser tool, the cursor changes to "O". But after picking the tool, the cursor won't display until you enter canvas area and return.

Btw, the newest version is 2.5.4.

I can't replicate it in web and linux, maybe it's windows specific? If yes, this would be maybe a flutter bug

I think it would be also better to include a "diff" package in releases. Maybe winget can also use that as a package for update. mmmmhm?

Yes, it doesn't reproduce while Windows Ink is inactive / I'm using mouse
Even though with Windows Ink, it still happens under some circumstance
