cuda versions?

Hi!

Trying to run this for first time on our HPC.

Curious if you happen to know if I really need CUDA 8.0 or 9.1? We have later versions installed (11.8.0, 12.4.1, and 13.0).

The GPU requirements for eddy_cuda now state:
"You are probably here because you know that in the past there was a need to match the Cuda version of eddy with the version of the Cuda library that was installed on one's machine. That is no longer neccessary. Now one only has to ensure that the currently installed drivers are 10.2 or later"

I'll test and see if it works as well..

Well I had no luck specifying the later CUDA path, eddy_cuda would fail. So I'm guessing the eddy_cuda you're using is an older one that requires a specific CUDA version.
