Follow up from #3340

In #3340 we clarify that dimensions are not read from MOL2 files currently.

I'm not super clear on the extra records for MOL2 files, but looking at the standard it seems like @CRYSIN is how you add unit cell information?

If anyone knows more here, it probably wouldn't be too hard to check for that section and feed the dimensions as necessary.
