umu-run error while installing

Description

Got an error when trying to install SPT thru your script. The error seems to be something related to the way you install the BSG launcher. (Default location)
ERROR m_umu: Command "umu-run /home/konrad/.cache/spt-additions/files/BsgLauncher.exe /VERYSILENT" failed (Exit code: 5) ► See "/home/konrad/.cache/spt-additions/installer.log" for more details.

Am I missing some dependencies, is Arch/Manajro just not supported or is this unrelated to my system and some general issue currently?

This is using the main branch, tho I get the same error with the SPT4-Dev branch.

It's a Proton issue since GE-Proton10-33 on some systems. Switching back to GE-Proton10-32 fixes it.

1. Make sure GE-Proton10-32 is installed in the compatibilitytools.d directory (Steam directory)
2. In ~/.config/spt-additions/env.conf change the proton path variable to the Proton version: PROTONPATH=GE-Proton10-32
3. Rerun the install command for the additions script

There's no known fix yet.

I wanted to try that but it seems there was a game update and no new downpatcher is available yet. Currently getting an error with the patcher (can't seem to find the correct executable).

I'll report back when the downpatcher issue is resolved and I can try with Ge-Proton10-32.

If you're trying to install SPT3.11.x then yes the downpatcher needs to be updated. 4.x should work without issues.

Never mind, I am just stupid.
I did download the top of the list but the newest patcher is at the bottom - no clue how I did not notice this.

It is working with ge-proton10-32 (Installed thru Lutris this time, which did give me the same error as the native Linux script did before. I think I used ge-proton10-33 with that test, which was the latest, but might have been 10-34).
Thanks for having a look into it, it is hard to find up to date information on SPT for Linux...
