Mathics3 10.0.0 release this weekend or so.

After way too long, we will release version 10.0.0 of Mathics3 components (Mathics3 scanner, mathicsscript, mathics-core, Mathics-Django, etc.) this weekend.

The last development Docker image is now on dockerhub..

It is built from Python 3.14 on Ubuntu 26.04.

There are lots of changes and lots of incompatible changes from 9.0. However, as has been the case, there are numerous significant changes (and numerous significant changes still to come).

Aside from updating to Python 3.14, with this release, we've started a long rewrite of Boxing and Formatting, and handling of CharacterEncoding. So there are significant changes in the scanner. YAML files documenting operators, named characters, and boxing grouping symbols have been updated.
