在#361MCP Streamable Client实现中，因为依赖问题删掉了elicitation的能力，在后面需要想办法添加elicitation能力。并且需要客户端对老版本的MCP SSE通信实现支持。

建议的解决方案 / Proposed Solution

• 在工厂类中添加SSE客户端的构建
• 需要在工厂类McpClientFactory中不依赖MCP SDK的前提下，添加elicitationHandler，构造有elicitation能力的客户端。
