(Scanner) gitlab resolution is broken in test depWalker.spec.ts

The test fetch payload of pacote on the gitlab registry is disabled (skipped) because it throw. We need to deeg what's wrong with it.

We are blocked by cloudflare bot protection and we need a bearer token to make it work

However what's concerning is that the error is not properly catched
