[Type] Index, Middle, Ring, Little Finger types.

Add the Index, Middle, Ring, and Little finger types.

Not too sure which finger bone the pointer should be placed on. It likely should be placed on the end or tip of the finger bone.

It might also use a CapsuleCollider instead of a normal SphereCollider.
