Misleading german translations of certain procedure types

In the German implementation of the EU directives, the procedure type "neg-w-call" (Negotiated with prior publication of a call for competition / competitive with negotiation) is defined as "Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb". The procedure type "neg-wo-call" (Negotiated without prior call for competition) is defined as "Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb".

However, the .gc files and the code_de.xml refer to "Verhandlungsverfahren mit vorheriger Veröffentlichung eines Aufrufs zum Wettbewerb/Verhandlungsverfahren" and "Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Aufruf zum Wettbewerb". In my opinion, the values from the German regulations should be used here.

And while I'm on the subject, is there a reason why the translations are in both the .gc files and the code_de.xml?

Hi,
Labels for these codes are provided by the authoritative source (EU Vocabularies). In the latest published version of the codelist, the German labels associated to the codes have not changed, so these will not be changed for SDK 1.14.
As far as I see, the German translations are aligned with the English expressions. With your suggestion, do you mean that the translation should follow your local implementation preferably to the actual translation of the EN label?
This is also not an SDK related issue and I invite you to get in touch directly with the Helpdesk instead in order to ensure an appropriate processing of your request.
