Rules for places of performance

In my opinion, the rules for recording places of performance are too restrictive.

Why is the postcode and the postal adress forbidden if I have not specified a town, yet?

This makes the entry unnecessarily complicated, especially because the order in the form is postal adress -> town -> postcode.

My suggestion is therefore to soften the forbidden rules in this regard. The mandatory rules can remain as they are.

Hi,
Having the country only is not sufficient to detect whether postcodes should be allowed, as it could be associated to the option "Anywhere in the country"; in this case neither the city, nor the postcode would be expected.

Sequence of information is from "more generic" to "more accurate" (Area => Country => City => ...), I know this is not fully reflected in the notice type definitions.

Its not reflected at all...

And in my opinion, it does not correspond to the usual input format for locations.

For me it a too-tight-coupling between view and business rules:
The BUSINESS RULES are correct for the final outcome, but the resulting VIEW behavior, especially for temporary situations in between, is not practical.

Similar to entering the CPV-Code where only after entering the code, one has to confirm it is an CPV code -- in a field above.

For information: The CPV code field is above the actual code because we expect CPV not to be the only value in the Classification type code list. When that happens, users will have to choose a value and only then enter a code.
Perhaps while we wait, the Classification type could have a preset value for CPV and be hidden in the NTDs.

The place of performance follows some logic if the solution uses "live validations". The only 2 fields available are country and Other restrictions on the place of performance, fill in the country, the town appears, fill that in and the postal fields and NUTS become available. I don't really see how we could do it better.
