Taskbar won't stay transparent

I finally installed W11 a few days ago, upgraded from 10. I installed Open Shell and made the adjustments I wanted. I am trying to make the taskbars transparent but when I do it won't stay that way. Every time I restart my computer I have to reset it and that is usually after waiting for it to activate. Most times several minutes.
