Worker: on adaptor install fail, we don't see regular version logs

Because adaptor installation happpens early in the run, version reporting is a bit different

It would be nice (at least for this particular issue) to see the worker version

I think actually the real problem here is: the worker version should be sent back to lightning on claim and reported in the UI. Then we can remove that horrible version log from the worker
