I opened an issue here: lsarra/astrolit#1, but wasn't sure if that was the main repository or not for issues!

Thanks for reporting, I think they introduced some rate limit on astrosparcl.datalab.noirlab.edu, which we were using to fetch spectra, and I can easily imagine the server quickly saturating the limit.

I hope they fix it!

Otherwise, in principle we could host the data ourselves somewhere, it just needs some work to set it up..
