[IMPROVEMENT] PGM Attributes management over all projects

Problem faced

We have metadata of attributes in this project. Same information is used in PGM-DS. We end up updating both places individually. Some information from documentation is also required at PGM-DS

Some Requirements:

• Whether Attributes are required, optionally required, optional for each calculation type and symmetric type.
• Defaults, required, empty values
• ...

Improvement proposal

Should we integrate PGM-DS attribute definitions with our code generation files?
Maybe we continue do it manually but in a standard process. (Add full tests make them xpass/xfail + communication + support)

First we need to investigate possibilities together with PGM-DS team.
