FanControl stops adjusting GPU fan after 5-6 hours of heavy work

Win 11 + Intel Arc Pro B70
Running Version 269 (NET 10.0)

I am running FanControl on my backend AI rig.
I've noticed that after a few hours, the GPU fan will stay at a fixed RPM, not adjusting to the varying workload.
The GUI works fine, showing the Temps and at what speed the fan should be.
However, the GPU fan will just stay at a constant speed.

If I exit FanControl, the GPU fan stops (pucker moment if the GPU is in the middle of a heavy workload).
When I relaunch FanControl, everything starts working again.

Try version 267 as a test? Maybe the new service control is crashing for some reason.

When than "speed freeze" happen, do you get a "?" next to the speed % of the GPU card? Screenshot of your config when that happens?
