Organize all graphics files

Graphics are located all over in google docs. I would like to have a single consistent place to get graphics, diagrams, photo, logos, etc. These folder locations need to be shared with marketing so that we can get easy access to them. And a single location prevents duplicate and inaccurate versions being used.
