API: `amical.data_processing.show_clean_params`'s apod parameter is to be deprecated

As pointed out in #202, this parameter is redundant and should be deprecated. We also saw in the linked PR that deprecating it wasn't straightforward as the function is currently used (directly or indirectly) in a large portion of the test suite.
