Description
InterwikiLoadPrefix hook was deprecated in MediaWiki 1.36.
Seemingly, src/HookRegistry registers a hook that substitutes an interwiki that is registered as $seqlgExternalRepositoryEndpoints.
In MW 1.36 that hook was deprecated (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/rMW3d40c43b1f2778fa5799499d88fbb248f1e74488 and then https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/rMWcfbdd8cfb57d4252b87994b06709fe1c378990fe). The deprecators were under the impression that the hook was only used in tests.
It seems that there are no longer a mechanism that allows to correct an interwiki for the purpose of getting external semantic data.
