Discord seems to stop embedding Fireshare videos once they are over ~100 MB. I don't know whether this is a Discord limitation or something Fireshare can work around.
I've tested several videos and everything up to around 100 MB embeds correctly, while larger videos fail. Discord's Embed Debugger reports "Timed out" for the larger videos. The videos themselves are accessible normally, including HTTP range requests.
The official Fireshare demo appears to have the same behavior.
Has this limitation been investigated, and is there anything Fireshare can do to support larger Discord embeds?
If this is a Discord limitation, I would suggest a fallback for large videos: instead of attempting an inline video embed that ultimately fails, show the video title and poster/thumbnail, with the embed linking to the Fireshare page where the full video can be played.
This would preserve inline video embeds for smaller files while still providing a useful Discord preview for larger videos.
