Clubs have been reworked to be added as posts. This enables us to add and edit their respective pages and store important detail in the post's front matter.
Create cards of col-md-12 width to be displayed in a stack on the new Clubs page.
Requirements:
- Title
- Logo
- Short description of the club
- Ability to navigate to the clubs dedicated page

The feature must be branched off of the 2021-redesign branch which contains the barebones _include/club-card.html component
