Apply SQL schema on the first run

## Describe the bug

`mike_1  | mysql.connector.errors.ProgrammingError: 1146 (42S02): Table 'mike.features_metrics' doesn't exist`

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Run Mike using an empty database

## Expected behavior

https://github.com/Wikia/Mike/blob/master/schema.sql should be applied on a first start of Mike.
