Since @lucacasonato will now be an invited expert (see #175), he can't be a chair anymore, so we will need to elect a new chair group.
Ecma rule 7.2.8 states that the chair and vice chair should be elected from Ordinary Members. If there are no nominees from Ordinary members, the chair and vice chair are to be chosen from any other Ecma member. Sorry invited experts, you are not eligible.
