Feature request: add a way to show referrals from jobs.wordpress.net

As part of encouraging folks to post their jobs on https://jobs.wordpress.net/, we should add a way to track that the referral came from jobs.wordpress.net to help show the value of posting there. For applications via email, it could be as simple as subject field indicating it's coming from jobs.wordpress.net. For jobs where it links to a form, like this job, we could add ?ref=jobs.wordpress.net to the Apply link perhaps.

Either way, let's figure out a better way where we can try to track when folks are referred from this site to give folks hiring data around the impact of listing their jobs here and, ideally, encourage them to share more.

My thinking is utm ref fields for urls, unless they've already added one to the URL, most Analytics platforms understand those AFAIK.

For email, I think we can provide a default email subject/body in most clients, most people will modify it, but maybe the hint will make them include the URL?

Please include the url of the job you're applying for: https://jobs.wordpress.net/{SLUG}
Please ensure that you include all details that have been requested in the listing by the poster.
